"Right is right only when entire."
-Victor Hugo
This quote is a really short quote but it has a huge meaning behind it. This quote means that only telling some of the truth is wrong. You have to say everything in order for it to be right. It's only right when it's entire which means you can't tell part of the truth, you have to tell the whole truth. An example of this would be finding money and keeping some of it and returning the rest. In order for it to be right you have to give everything back. It doesn't matter whether you keep a cent or a few dollars, it's still wrong. Choosing to give it all back is what's right because you aren't lying or telling part of the truth. So, in order for right to be right, you have to tell the whole truth, you can't leave out anything or tell part of the truth. A ctr person is someone who tells the whole truth and doesn't say part of the truth. A ctr person is also someone who is not greedy. A ctr person however is someone who is greedy and makes up lies in order to hide the rest of the truth. A ctr person is someone who chooses the right, while a ctw person is someone who chooses the wrong.  A person who chooses the right would never leave out any details they would also tell the whole truth not just part of the truth.
