"The best recreation is to do good."

-William Penn

This quote is a short quote that has a big meaning behind it. Recreation is when you do something that you enjoy during your free time. In this quote, it states that the best recreation is to do good. It means that doing good during your free time is the best recreation there is. An example of a recreation is someone who plays sport. The person is playing sports during his/her free time and it's something they enjoy. Another example is someone who goes hiking. The person both enjoys it and does it on his/her free time. Overall I agree with what this quote has to say. The best recreation is doing good because it makes you feel good about what you did and it also makes the other person feel good about your actions.

"Right is right, even if everyone is against it; and wrong is wrong , even if everyone is for it."

-William Penn

This quote has a big meaning behind it. It means that it doesn't matter if everyone's against something or for it. It doesn't change the fact that its right or wrong. An example of this is the class decides not to do the homework they were assigned. They are all against doing it but it still doesn't change the fact that doing homework is right. Another example is a group of people doing drugs. They are all for doing drugs but it doesn't mean that doing drugs is good just because they are all for it. Doing drugs is wrong and nothing can change that. I agree with what this quote has to say. Right is right and wrong is wrong no matter what.  People should choose the right and not choose the wrong.
