Reflexologist

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Apply pressure to certain areas with fingers
• Listen to your clients
• Perform a therapy known as Reflexology
• Explain treatment to patient
• Take their medical history which should include their overall health, their diet, and their lifestyle
• Examine the patient’s body to determine areas where there can be possible blockages
• Keeping the patient’s treatment records
• Massaging parts of the body to relieve stress
• Improve circulation of patients
• Make their patients feel comfortable

Salary: $25 - $70 per hour

Educational Requirements: Obtain an associate’s degree, Obtain a license or certification, 500 hours of massage therapy education may be required to obtain license

Demand for this profession: The demand for this profession will increase significantly from 2016- 2020

Reflection: I would not like to become a Reflexologist because the job doesn’t sound very interesting.
