Health Sciences Librarian
Duties and Responsibilities:
·         Helps health professional access the most current information available on a wide variety of health topics
·         Organize information for the staff in a health care environment
·         Arrange information resources
·         Produce current bibliographies on almost all related health topics
·         Conduct research
·         Access national networks that allows them to locate books in libraries all over the country
·         Help patients and students sort through the information they need
·         Design and manage websites
·         Work closely with patients who are looking for health information
Salary:  $45,000 - $50,000
Educational Requirements:  Master’s degree in library science and a 4-year bachelor’s degree

Reflection:  I would not like to become a health science librarian. I would not like to because I wouldn’t like to work in a library.
