This is a really long quote and has a huge meaning behind it. It means that by doing these 3 things you are living not only a better life but a life with integrity. The first key is to have the courage to say no. This means that if a friend tries to convince you to do something bad, you respond saying no. An example of this would be a guy telling his friend to do drugs,  his friend should say no and not do the drugs. The second key is to face the truth. This means that you should always tell the truth no matter what the consequences are. An example of this would be someone who tells the truth to the teacher by saying "I didn't do my homework" instead of saying "I forgot it at home". The third key is to do the right thing because it's right. This means that you do the right thing because it's right. There is no other reason for doing the right thing, you do it because it's right. These are three things that can make you live your life with integrity. I agree with this quote because these three things make you both a better person and a person who is living life with integrity.
